We specialise in complete home renovation, restoring original details where they belong. We deliver the full renovation in-house. New-build

Have you always wanted to build your own home, a substantial extension or a roof extension? We deliver complete new-build homes, extensions and roof extensions from design through to handover. We work with a number of regular architects, structural engineers and drawing offices. On request we can also arrange drawings and building permits. The new-build project is managed from A to Z, with an architect or with you as the client, until the last details are in place.

Roof extension

A roof extension or raising of the roof — or of a garage — takes many forms, the best known being a dormer.

When a full extra storey or a single room is added to a new or existing house, we call this a roof extension. In this way you can relatively easily create around 30% more living space in an existing or new-build home.
